The mission of Rock Steady Boxing is to empower people with Parkinson’s disease to fight back. Rock Steady Boxing is a nonprofit organization that uses a noncontact fitness curriculum adapted from boxing drills that has been shown to decrease, delay, and even reverse the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
