真唯識量是唐代 玄奘大師於取經將回中土前， 于中印度戒日王所設之 曲女城 十八日無遮大會 上提出之三支比量。 戒日王廣召五天竺國 解法義沙門、婆羅門等皆是當時負有盛名者，及小乘、外道諸師而為對敵，立一比量， 書在金牌，經十八日無有一人能破斥者。 玄奘大師以此比量破外道及二乘邪說，人人都稱讚玄奘大師為「大乘天」，名噪一時。荼毗後舌根不壞。 縱然六祖出世亦不能出其右，古佛再來亦不能超其上。 為免大眾閱讀有誤，特將 蕅益大師略解，附印于上，希望大家能夠生正解起正見
