琳賽.麥克葛雷格 (Lindsay McGregor)╱利用科技協助組織改造文化的新創公司 Vega Factor 共同創辦人。1997 至 2011 年間擔任麥肯錫公司顧 問。畢業於哈佛商學院與普林斯頓大學。
