手機/AR眼鏡揭序幕 3D飛時測距風潮捲土重來
根據TrendForce LED研究(LEDinside)最新紅外線感測市場報告指出，在2019年智慧型手機整體出貨預估衰退的情況下，手機品牌廠商針對2019下半年旗艦機展開規格競賽，3D感測模組成為其中一項重要配備。受此趨勢帶動，預估2019年手機3D感測用VCSEL市場產值有望成長至11.39億美元。
可望成手機標配 3D ToF滲透率節節攀升
TrendForce研究經理吳盈潔表示，2019年除了蘋果iPhone全面搭載臉部3D辨識外，包括三星(Samsung)、華為與SONY也在2019下半年的旗艦機種搭載後鏡頭3D感測(World Facing 3D Sensing)。到2020年估計將有近10款高階機種可能採用3D感測方案，且部分機種將擴大至前後鏡頭皆採用。
