About the author

賈銘,字文鼎,自號「華山老人」,海寧(今屬浙江)人。歷經南宋,元代至明初三朝。元朝時曾任萬戶。好飲食養生,甚有心得,朱元璋其問其平日頤養之法,賈銘對曰︰「要在慎飲食。」享年106歲。著有《飲食須知》。(維基百科)
