About the author

「香港營養師協會」(Hong Kong Dietitians Association)本是「香港執業營養師公會」,專職處理香港執業營養師的工職事務及營養師本地註冊問題。在2001年,有見業內必須設立持續專業進修及認可營養師制度,以確立營養師專業水準,營養師業界建議成立一個由註冊營養師組成的團體,專注提供持續進修。於是註冊成立香港營養師協會(有限公司),屬非牟利機構。「香港營養師協會認可營養師」,必須完成外地及本港認可的學士及碩士課程,並持有註冊營養師資格才可申請成為會員,而會員入會後每3年須取得最少36小時持續進修方可成為「香港營養師協會認可營養師」。
