빅터 페라드(Victor Semon Pérard. 1870-1957)
저술가이자 일러스트레이터였던 빅터 페라드는 파리에서 태어나 뉴욕에서 사망했다. 페라드는 파리에 있는 에콜 데 보자르(École des Beaux-Arts)를 졸업했고 뉴욕에 있는 쿠퍼 유니언(Cooper Union)에서 20년 동안 학생들에게 미술을 가르쳤다. 페라드는 20세기 초에 여러 미술 서적을 출간했다. 그의 저서로는 『Anatomy and Drawing』, 『Drawing Animals』, 『Perspective』, 『Drawing Hands』, 『Drawing Trees』 등이 있다.
