Exellent work in the history of mankind, but now a days the efficiency of communication was lost, human thoughts turned less valuable and so life on planet turned so..

...And that was the free sample. (Not a word from Plato yet. The intro just goes on and on. Pretty bold use of another man's thoughts: preface them with yours!)

I just started reading this book. I liked the Plato Apologies, and have high hopes for this book. Lest we forget, this book laid the foundations upon which our (United States) nation was based. For that reason alone I give it 5 stars.

About the author

Plato (428−348 BCE) was a philosopher and mathematician in ancient Greece. A student of Socrates and a teacher of Aristotle, his Academy was one of the first institutions of higher learning in the Western world. He is widely regarded as the father of modern philosophy.
