About this ebook

A heart prepared to die that has never lived or loved...

Born with fragile health, Dawn Uxbridge has lived a sheltered existence. Her lonely days are filled by drawing fanciful landscapes and nurturing plants. When tragedy strikes, she finds herself alone and penniless with only one talent - a green thumb.

Liked the pace of the book right up until the climax. One minute i was reading about how Ava troubled the family and the next minute they were getting rid of her, so suddenly! Then the book ended. Not sure if it was intentional and may be some readers will like an ending that was not being dragged and dragged for pages. 4.7 stars.
