This is a book of many emotions -- lighthearted in that 2 people met and felt the spark, complicated in that both Celeste and Zane have demons and shadows in their past, hints of shadows and threats in the present. Both are strong but have vulnerabilities. Warm and fuzzy, hot and cold, determined. Bravo!! I have only recently encountered Abbie Zanders through a series called A Long Way Home but she has become one of my new favorite authors. Again I say, BRAVO ! I look forward to more encounters with Abbie Zanders! I received a free copy of this book via BookFunnel and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Celestial Desire is another fabulous contemporary romance by Abbie Zanders. Gotta tell you folks, Ms. Zanders has zoomed right up to the nosebleed section of my favorite authors list. Ms. Zanders has again provided readers with a book that once started, you won't want to stop reading until the end. This book is well-written, smooth reading and furnished with lovable, fun characters. Celeste moves close to her mother and works from home. Zane meets Celeste at the apartment pool and she agrees to meet him for coffee. Zane and Celeste's story is packed with drama, humor, sexy bits, action and suspense. I loved every word of this book and look forward to reading more from Abbie Zanders soon. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

About the author

Abbie Zanders is the author of more than 35 published romance novels ranging from contemporary to paranormal and everything in between. She promises her readers two things: happily ever afters, always, and no cliffhangers, ever.

Born and raised in the mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania, she has degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. She worked for more than twenty-five years as a software engineer, designing and writing financial applications, though she has also held second jobs as a deli clerk, pub waitress, restaurant baker, and secretary that she draws upon to give real-life dimension to her characters. Abbie has been crafting stories since elementary school, though she has only recently decided to start sharing them with others. When she's not escaping into another world of her own creation, she's a busy wife and mother of three, including a set of identical twins. Besides being an avid reader and writer, she loves animals (especially big dogs), American muscle cars, and 80's hair bands.
