Aimee DuFresne, who grew up on a steady diet of fast food, became interested in leading a healthier lifestyle after both her parents were diagnosed with cancer. When she lost weight and gained greater energy from adding more whole foods (in the form of fruits and vegetables) to her diet, she decided to make a career change as well. She trained at Living Light Culinary Institute and Matthew Kenney Academy and became a certified raw vegan chef.
She now shares what she has learned on her journey through her radio show, Vital Lessons: Feeding Your Body, Mind and Soul, and also works privately with professional women who are craving more vibrant and fulfilling lives.
