This book has really helped me through some trying and emotionally challenging times. Beautifully written and full of hope. I always take this book with me where ever I go.

Short and sweet to discover and heal. A gentle advices that came in poetries. I love it. Not as messy to reflect and ponder. Will buy hardcopy for my girlfriend. She needs this.
