I give this review a 3 1/2 stars. This cowboy story was interesting and a quick read. Alissa Callen is a new author to me. I thought her descriptions of the landscapes and the characters was very detailed. You could almost place yourself right there. I felt some of the action was a little slow and drug on too long. I also found a lot of grammatical errors.

When a certain speech therapist meets a sweet silent boy,she worries the little guy won't be ready for school. His strong ,brooding ,silent, Uncle pleas for her assistance,to help Finn .As she moves on to the ranch for some one on one speech, and fun, She gets more than She bargains for.

I found thisbook 📖 a wonderful experience. Too often the books cover show some affiliation with, ,"A fictitious association with some ludicrous ,🤪 goofy award" etce etce I found this book to be a real winner 🏆, with some true 👍 insights to a cowboy's life! The book was of some great interest to me showing 😌 a great 👍 life that you could have on the 🚜 farm!!!, providing of course you were fortunate enough to meet the "right" lady. ✅ I was pleasantly surprised 😮 when I found not one other review, with my one, being the first!!!! Any way I have to leave it there. I have some reading 📚 to do!!!! Of other more interesting books by that great novelist who incidently wrote another book by the name of "Her Big Sky Cowboy" nudge, nudge wink, wink 😉!!! Say no more!! Hey what do you think of my poor 🙂 attempt at some humour?? I know. I know Ive just about heard EVERY God dam comment, "Just stick to reading the books📖!!" Warm Regards, Sid Morgan.  When not writing Alissa Callen plays traffic controller to four children, three dogs, two horses and one renegade cow who really does believe the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. After a childhood spent chasing sheep on the family farm, she has always been drawn to remote areas and small towns, even when residing overseas. Once a teacher and a counsellor, she remains interested in the life journeys people take. Her books are characteristically heart-warming, emotional and character driven. She currently lives on a small slice of rural Australia.
