If life is Dream within a Dream, Who are we, that we dare to dream all this, and share it willingly, with loving awareness, with each other? What if you met your counterparta future you, who could inspire you with visions of future possibilities? Or a past version of yourself, exploring their own lessons in another lifetime? How could you help yourself, or them, get the most from lifes shared experiences? Step into the magical reality of Aidan and Effie, who meet in a beautiful garden within a dream. Lost in a floral maze, they agree to work together. They seek help from an old man named Hans and his partner, Una. But all is not as it seems and before they can leave the garden, they must confront themselves and their perception of reality. Share the trepidation of their journey of discovery, as they confront the challenges and lessons of time travel. Stand in awe as they witness the birth of new universes and unravel the mysteries of life. Share their wonder as they re-examine their hopes, fears and dreams for the future, and the multidimensional nature of the symbols used by the soul to express its innate creativity. Aidan and Effie realise they must take their new awareness back to their own reality, where they can focus their creative efforts to bring their dreams to fruition. They make arrangements to meet physically in time and space, where they can continue their experiences in the so-called world of flesh and blood. But which so-called reality will they choose to explore?

Imagine being able to fly. Walk through walls. Shape-shift. Breathe underwater. Conjure loved ones—or total strangers—out of thin air. Imagine experiencing your nighttime dreams with the same awareness you possess right now—fully functioning memory, imagination, and self-awareness. Imagine being able to use this power to be more creative, solve problems, and discover a deep sense of well-being.

This is lucid dreaming—the ability to know you are dreaming while you are in a dream, and then consciously explore and change the elements of the dream. A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming, with its evocative retro illustrations, shows exactly how to do it. Written by three avid, experienced lucid dreamers, this manual for the dream world takes the reader from step one—learning how to reconnect with his or her dreams— through the myriad possibilities of what can happen once the dreamer is lucid and an accomplished oneironaut (a word that comes from the Greek oneira, meaning dreams, and nautis, meaning sailor).

Readers will learn about the powerful REM sleep stage—a window into lucid dreams. Improve dream recall by keeping a journal. The importance of reality checks, such as “The Finger”—during the day, try to pass your finger through your palm; then, when you actually do it successfully, you’ll know that you’re dreaming. And once you become lucid, how to make the most of it. Every time you dream, you are washing up on the shores of your own inner landscape. Learn to explore a strange and thrilling world with A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming.
The Dreams of Our Dreaming

In the Dreams of our Dreaming,
The blueprint was set,
Of all that we could be,
Though we arent there yet

Inspired by a lifetime of dreams, this book is a compilation of inspirational and personal poetry and essays, written over many years, the stories lovingly arranged to take you through many of the common experiences of life.

Allan says: "I prepared this book simply because the stories are so beautiful and meaningful, that they need to be shared with others. I want the world to know that there is an alternative way of thinking and acting. The messages are relevant to all people, and speak directly to people of all cultures. In many cases they have been rearranged slightly from the original text, so that when you read them, you feel as if you are sitting back, speaking with an old friend you can trust."

This collection of prose, poetry and short stories has been thoroughly enjoyed by people of all ages, from four to one hundred and four. Even people who normally never read poetry have felt moved to read this book.

Feedback received from many readers highlights the effectiveness of the messages contained, as many people have commented that the text seems to speak to them directly, delivering to them a personal message that brings inspiration and courage in times of need.

Join Allan for a special journey through life and dreams with a natural flow that feels guided by spirit.

This work of poetry new age/self help is an amazing and inspiring read from start to finish. The work takes the reader on a special journey through life and dreams with a natural flow that feels guided by spirit. The poems cover a wide range of issues from relationships, soul mates, and nature to the power of choice, time and lessons to name just a few. The poems are deep and meaningful and would appeal to all ages and cultures; which is unique in this genre.

The Dreams of Our Dreaming is a highly accomplished work.
Zeus Publications, 2010.
The blurb promised me a special journey through life and dreams with a natural flow that feels guided by spirit. The book delivered on the promise with beautiful poems and a feeling of serenity throughout my reading. The focus is on the concept that we are all one and the same with many writings (poems and essays) weaving together subjects such as relationships, soul mates, nature, the power of choice, time and soul lessons. This book will appeal to those of any culture and age, particularly those contemplating new age concepts and opening to a spiritual awareness.
