Captured in Liberation is Andrew Bajda’s first book. Bajda is an assistant professor at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio, where he is lead faculty member for the Small Business (Entrepreneurial) Program. Andrew has developed numerous workshops and programs designed to promote social entrepreneurship while also encouraging personal growth and development. In 2013, he was nominated as teacher of the year for the Ohio Association of Two-Year Colleges. Earlier, Bajda won the Bessie Award for teaching excellence in 2009. This award is presented annually to a faculty member in recognition of exceptional professional competence, reflecting the esteem of colleagues and students for teaching that helps people succeed. Outside the classroom, Bajda is an avid world traveler also who enjoys spending time with his family, including daughters Brittany, Lauren, Marissa, and Kelly. He is currently formulating an outline for his second book, a fiction that will focus on the power of diversity.
