About the author

Aniisu K Verghese, Ph.D., is an award-winning internal communications leader, author, speaker, trainer and researcher with over 22 years of experience. He has received recognition from organizations such as the International Association of Business Communicators (2022 APAC Communicator of the Year) and the Public Relations Council of India (2015 Hall of Fame Award).  He has also authored several books on internal communications and personal branding. Aniisu is passionate about engaging with communicators, academia and students through workshops, speaking engagements, and blogging. He served as the Director of Communications for organizations in India and Poland. He has held various leadership positions in industries such as information technology, retail, consulting and financial services and earned a Ph.D. in organizational communications.
