About the author
Anna has been passionate about food throughout her whole life. The knowledge gained at the Academy, as well as her own experiences, made her conduct a thorough research on the influence of food on people’s lives.
The mixture of her untamed character, good sense of humour and an extreme drive for knowledge on the impact of food on health came to fruition through a great revelation. After having suffered from many ailments herself, she came across the principles of Chinese medicine. She was finally able to help herself, her family and friends. She realised that the condition of our health depends not so much on the vitamins and mineral salts contained in food, as it does on the actual nature of food.
