The Tor Part Two: Rest

Pronoun

After the events of the 1970s and 1980s depicted in pt 1, this volume of the British horror trilogy takes place in the mid 1990s.
When Joseph Sanderson settles in the village of Batsford he expects nothing extraordinary. Then he meets the mysterious Rebecca, and his life takes a whole new direction. Rebecca enchants him like no-one else he has ever met, and the two start to build a life together. But Rebecca is not what she seems. She is hiding a dark and terrible secret that could tear them apart. Soon Rebecca’s past catches up with her. Can Joseph save her before he is dragged down with her by whatever forces seek to control them?
Meanwhile, there’s Jim. Rebecca’s friend, and someone who may know more about her background. But Jim can’t be trusted. He has a dangerous side, and secrets of his own.
All the while the girl with the auburn hair weaves in and out of his days and nightmares. But what does she want? Can she save Joseph? Or is she trying to condemn him?
Before long Joseph loses the easy life he once had, and all these influences send him spiralling into anger, depression and despair. Who is tormenting him? Why? Should he save himself or sacrifice himself?
The Tor Pt2: Whiteshill. Part tragedy, part gothic mystery, all horror. Join Joseph as he uncovers more secrets of The Tor, of his past, and the tangle of lives it has ensnared.
