About this ebook

Billy Crashes the Werewolf Party is a MM human/wolf shifter romance featuring fated mates, found family, messy pack dynamics, and motorcycles.

My werewolf obsession costs me everything, but it gives me the courage to do the unthinkable: join a pack as a human.

I’m still finding my place in this strange new world of scent and identity when a lone wolf arrives… and turns my found family upside-down.

Skylar despises being a werewolf, and grapples with his obsession with my scent and his conviction that I don’t belong here. But when he viciously defends me from strange wolves, the truth comes out: I smell like a mate, and he’s terrified he can’t protect me.

I’m beside him as he struggles to embrace his wolf, and falling fast every step of the way, but we’re running out of time. The fall party approaches, and mating with an alpha is the only way a human can survive. Running with the wolves will decide my fate.

Skylar’s not giving up, and neither am I. It’s time to crash the werewolf party and fight to ensure the right wolf catches me.

Billy Crashes the Werewolf Party is a MM human/wolf shifter romance with HEA and no mpreg, featuring body horror, fated mates, found family, messy pack dynamics, and motorcycles. This is a grounded story in a dark paranormal world with a sweet, hot central romance.

This is not your basic cute wolf-shifter book, there's kink-shaming/perversion accusations, a human (Billy) going to therapy for his wolfy desires, and running into the woods to just join a pack of werewolves. Touches on quite a few darker issues as well, and Billy takes his time adjusting to being the weakest member of his new pack. I found the first half of the book less enjoyable than the second half, hence the 3-star rating. Informal dialogue with humor, plenty of sexual tension, scenting, danger, and a moderate slowburn between the MCs. It was nice to have a compatible mates pair that didn't just instantly connect. Billy wasn't a fan of Skylar's obsessive and possessive act right away. I enjoyed watching the dislike and distrust change to silly flirting, just in time for imminent danger to get in their way. This had the monthly full moon chase to get your mate theme, basically primal play without the play. *thanks to BookSirens for the ARC, opinions are my own.

This was a mostly serious story with some major found family vibes. The world building was not usual shifter romance setup either. There was actually a lot of thought given to fated mates and various forms of attraction and how it's possible to receive physical comfort from someone without it becoming sexual. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves found family and/or a different take on shifter romance. **I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.**
