Ashley Bernardi is founder of Narnia Media LLC, a nationally renowned full-service media relations and media training firm. She is a former network television producer, with credits including The Early Show on CBS News, energyNOW! on Bloomberg, and Washington Post Live. She is a frequent speaker on the topics of media relations, media training, and communications, and co-hosts the award-winning podcast 2 Girls Talking.
In addition to her work as a publicist and business owner, Ashley has a deep passion and interest in health, wellness, spirituality, and healing, after losing her father to a sudden-death heart attack at age eleven, and later, suffering from Lyme disease in her thirties while caring for her three young children. She recently completed her certificate in the Science of Well-Being from Yale University.
The oldest child in a proud military family, Ashley was born in Schweinfurt, Germany, and has lived and worked in New York City and Washington, D.C. She currently resides in Northern Virginia with her family.
Emma Seppala, Ph.D., is a Lecturer at the Yale School of Management and Faculty Director of the Yale School of Management’s Women's Leadership Program. An international keynote speaker and author, her book The Happiness Track (HarperOne, 2016) has been translated into dozens of languages. She is also the Science Director of Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education.
