Creeping It Real
Halloween is only a few weeks away, and Maggie Baxter and her cousin Francis Pinkston are as excited as anyone for the spooky festivities. That is, until everyone in Birmingham, Alabama is shocked by the disappearance of local celebrity and investigative news reporter, Brent Shelton. When his body is discovered disguised as a ghost amongst the Halloween decor in her own neighbor’s yard, Maggie can no longer keep her worry under wraps. Especially after she finds out exactly who he was investigating.
Teamwork Makes the Scream Work
To make things even more batty, a group of Maggie's home health patients turn out to be real creeps, and her daughter begins dating the victim’s suspicious-acting former intern. And when another ghostly visage appears in the shadows, Maggie and Francis team up to track down clues, costumes, and the killer. Can they catch a murderer before the next victim gets hung out to dry?
