About the author

Bridget Swinney has a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. She has appeared on Good Morning America, Later Today, Weekend Today, The Food Network, and Fox on Family. She is the author of Eating Expectantly and Healthy Food for Healthy Kids, and has written for American Baby magazine. She works as a nutrition consultant in public health and health communications.
