GUPTA, A. S. Dr. A. S. GUPTA, (PH.D., D.SC.) is Professor Emeritus in Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. A Fellow of the Indian National Science Academy as well as the National Academy of Sciences, Professor Gupta has specialized in the area of theoretical fluid mechanics.
