Ratings and reviews

The Adult novels continue to hit it out of the park. The tone is always consistent, and it is clear that there was a plan going into these books. The Nihil continue to evolve as a threat, becoming a believable adversary for the Republic. It is left to be seen how they will be presented as a threat to the Jedi. Not as good as Light of the Jedi, but definitely worth the read.

There's a slow beginning, but it snowballs and picks up pace rapidly as the story progresses. One of my favorite star wars books of all time, the emotions of the characters can be felt with each new twist and turn and revelation, the desperation, the fear, but also the courage and hope punch through each page and draws you in like no other book I've read.
