About the author
Charles Avent was raised the son of a career Chief Petty Officer, in the United States Navy, who served in WW II and Korea. His parents always encouraged his creativity with music, drama club and the arts. He spent most of his young life in Southaven, MS, which is just across the state line from Memphis, TN. He now resides in Atoka, TN with his wife.
