About the author

Charles E. Moore, MD, FACS is a graduate of Harvard Medical School. He completed a general surgery internship and otolaryngology residency at the University of Michigan. During his residency he did a 1 year fellowship through NIH. After his residency, he completed fellowship training in Craniomaxillofacial – Cranial Base Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Michigan. His research interests focus on craniomaxillofacial trauma, cancer related health disparity, and treatment modalities for skullbase tumors. He serves on the faculty of the Otolaryngology Department at Emory University. He is also Chief of Service in the Department of Otolaryngology at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
