In general, there is no particular way of reading this book, you may directly jump to chapters you may be keen on referring to first, even though I have tried my best to keep it in an order where reading it chapter wise will only enhance your knowledge in a step-by-step manner and thus strongly encourage that.
My experience and interactions with the World Plumbing Council, Indian Plumbing Association, Maharashtra Plumbing Association, Brihan Mumbai Licensed Plumbers’ Association, Singapore Plumbing Society and the Indian Plumbing Skill Council has added to my knowledge and enabled me to start writing (it really started with writing a few articles), there are so many people in these institutions I could fill a book thanking them all, though I have named some at the end of this book, that does not reduce my gratitude towards the others. My friends at the Chitkara University further helped me realise this vision for whom I created study manuals and eventually amalgamated those snippets into this publication. While I have tried my level best to provide the most accurate and current information, my personal professional experience added with the experience of my ancestors in plumbing is what is elicited in this document. While I am still learning while teaching, I promise to keep updating this book as long as I can.
