Love Walks In: Sweet and Clean Edition is such a wonderful story! Ms. Keniston develops these wonderfully warm stories with sizzle but no sex and an intriguing plot in every book. I love the fact that she is offering these great books in a Sweet and Clean version. The strength of her woman characters is a great match for her amazing men, and it is one of the things that keeps pulling me back to this series. The book focuses on two topics that especially interest me as a retired school librarian and teacher: autism and bullying. If you have read earlier book in the series you already know that the Everett family stepped up to protect the Maggie and the kids while Annette was in the hospital recovering from a devastating plane crash. Now two years later Annette and the kids have settled in to their new home in Hawaii and the Aloha gang still surround the family with warmth and support. Adam, a fascinating young man, gets in a fight a school for protecting a boy who, it turns out, is high functioning autistic. The way Annette handles the junior high bullying and the relationship that develops between her and the boy's widowed father gives us beautiful and sweet tale that will tug on the heart of any reader while providing enough laughs to keep the tears at bay.
