About this ebook

Ships are disappearing in subspace, and the military is running out of time to stop it. After his navigator barely survives a disastrous deep-space jump, agent Sethran Kada traces the crisis to a lawless prison world where rebels, stranded crews, and rogue scientists are struggling with a terrifying discovery.

The Dyads have returned.

But this time these aliens are not merely hiding among inside their hosts.

They are fighting to survive.

As jumpgates begin to fail across known space, Seth and Ciela uncover the true scale of the catastrophe: the pathways connecting their worlds are dissolving. And unless they can stop it, interstellar civilization will fracture into isolated worlds doomed to vanish one by one.

"Once you start reading it's hard to stop... I had to read them all!" (From over 260 Amazon reviews) “Chris Reher does a great job with the imagery and makes you feel like you are right there in the story.”

About the author

Living in Canada, it is inevitable that those who lack enthusiasm for snow-related activities tend to stay indoors for a good portion of the year.

Thank goodness for computers. And sci-fi. And eBooks!

I've always loved fantasy worlds and writing about what might be possible, given a certain suspension of disbelief and a rude assault upon the laws of physics.

Since I've always suspected that there is far too much gravity on this planet, I tend to take my people to other worlds.

Please visit my web site at www.chrisreher.com for info about my books and some of the (non-fiction) science behind some of the concepts used in the stories.
