The Yogi Philosophy may be divided into several great branches, or fields. What is known as "Hatha Yoga" deals with the physical body and its control; its welfare; its health; its preservation; its laws, etc. What is known as "Raja Yoga" deals with the Mind; its control; its development; its unfoldment, etc. What is known as "Bhakti Yoga" deals with the Love of the Absolute--God. What is known as "Gnani Yoga" deals with the scientific and intellectual knowing of the great questions regarding Life and what lies back of Life--the Riddle of the Universe. Each branch of Yoga is but a path leading toward the one end--unfoldment, development, and growth. He who wishes first to develop, control and strengthen his physical body so as to render it a fit instrument of the Higher Self, follows the path of "Hatha Yoga." He who would develop his will-power and mental faculties, unfolding the inner senses, and latent powers, follows the path of "Raja Yoga." He who wishes to develop by "knowing"--by studying the fundamental principles, and the wonderful truths underlying Life, follows the path of "Gnani Yoga." And he who wishes to grow into a union with the One Life by the influence of Love, he follows the path of "Bhakti Yoga."
Alzheimer’s disease is a disorder of the mind. The disorder often causes progressive memory loss, as well as robbing those who suffer the disease of their intellectual purpose. Alzheimer’s disease runs along the course and aside dementias. Dementias are a cognitive deterioration, as well as intellectual decaying of the mind. The disorder progressively works to deteriorate the intellectual purpose, robbing the soul of memory. Dementias often occurs while the brain is functioning, i.e. controlling progress, or movement, etc, which the senses are detained. Alzheimer’s often targets the older generation. In fact, the older generation often experiences at one time various disorders of the mind, including Alzheimer. Technically, Alzheimer’s disease is a medical disorder, since it causes dementias. The degenerative illness affects the brain, usually late in one’s life. According to medical experts,’ such as those who specialize in geriatrician, claim that socialism and its roles are one of the leading factors that characterize diseases in which the older generation develops. According to medical experts,’ older people who do not socialize or live alone is subject to Alzheimer’s disease, dementias, and various other brain disorders. In addition, medical experts’ claim that elders with a higher education can detect disorders of the mind sooner than those with lower education do. The experts’ are venturing to say that if symptoms are noted sooner, intervention strategies can reduce the amount of those suffering Alzheimer’s disease, or related disorders. The economics also factors into health. Health care is the leading cause that many people do not seek complete medical attention. According to medical experts’ the older generation has less insurance coverage than any other group of societians’. Lack of healthcare leaves the older souls fighting their own illnesses without the medical care they deserve. In fact the economic conditions has lead to increases in Parkinson’s disease, Osteoporosis, Hypothyroidism, Strokes, Urine incontinence, herpes zoster shingles, bedsores, diabetes, prostatic hyperplasia, and so on. The problem behind healthcare limits has caused enormous conditions in the system, such as Alzheimer’s disease. The disease if noted earlier is curable, yet because many people lack medical care, thus the disease develops into a life-long condition that has no cure. The problem continues, since the older generation develops several diseases at a single time. The conditions cause’s interruptions as the chain reaction of diseases affect the other. For instance, those with Alzheimer’s develop dementias, which work against the first disease and causes rapid deterioration.
There seems to be a growing enthusiasm among many people to engage in meditation nowadays and this could be clearly seen in the ever-increasing number of people engaging in meditation and self-realization programs. So we ask: "Why do people bother to allot some of their precious times to seemingly unproductive hours of meditation?" The answer cannot be seen externally as we look at those people while they are deeply engaged in meditation. The answer lies internally in those people who in the process of engaging in meditation get in touch with their inner being during meditation. The world has a tendency to alienate a person from his inner being. Man's mind is bombarded from all sides by stimuli which distract man's consciousness from truly understanding the meaning and significance of most events and things in this world. Mass media continuously try to satisfy our inner longing by providing us with all the enjoyment and diversions to while away our time and forget the gnawing reality of monotony and angst which afflict every person in our society. These diversionary tactics provided by modern conveniences and amenities slowly distract our mind and alienate us further from our inner-self which is the source of real peace, healing, and understanding. However, there is a growing movement back to our rootedness in our inner being. This is shown in the large number of people engaging in meditation nowadays. In a 2005 Newsweek’s survey, nearly a third of adults in the United States are found to be engaging in daily simple meditation. These people maintain that meditation brings them a lot of positive things. They claim that meditation gives them inner peace, more focus, lessening of stress, and a deeper appreciation and understanding of life. The basic truth about meditation is simple—that you could learn it in just five minutes—and you can readily engage in it anytime and anywhere. Yet you should constantly engage in it to improve on it. Likewise, it could also be developed into a habit wherein it becomes natural or second nature to a person to engage in it. The more one practices meditation the higher the level of meditation one can achieve. Moreover, there are various methods of meditation which one can learn to further one's journey deep into one's inner being. In this book, my primary concern is to lay down and explain one of the most useful methods of meditation—the Empty Mind Meditation—which could greatly enhance your meditation experience and lead you to a deeper spiritual experience.

What Is "Black Mold"? Often, when individuals, whether in the news or other forms of public media, discuss "black mold" they are talking about a certain type of mold. This mold is scientifically categorized as Stachybotrys Chartarum. It will appear as a greenish black mold in color although it is only deemed "black" mold. Black mold is also often referred to as "toxic mold". More often than not, black mold can be seen forming in areas around a home that has higher humidity levels(above 55%) indoors, or in places that have suffered water damage or are more prone to become water-soaked such as basements, kitchens, and bathrooms. The damp conditions make a perfect breeding ground for the small spores to multiply. The way in which mold reproduces is through these microscopic spores that are created when the conditions are right. Most mold grows, or reproduces, in damp areas, as mentioned previously . With ever increasing changes in the Earth's weather patterns, the more "wet" weather, the more chance of having a "black mold" infestation. Your home is more prone to a black mold invasion if you live in an area that is exposed to frequent flooding or extremely wet, and/or humid, conditions. Black mold can grow on anything porous. Including wood, cement, paper, clothing of all types, behind wallpaper, ceiling tiles, and other common household building materials. With that said, it is also very common to find black mold growing rampant on gypsum board, more well known as 'drywall', which is a major part of any home construction project. It is important to note that mold spores are all around us all the time and that no home is immune to them. No matter how clean you keep it indoors. You must understand that when mold reproduces, it is damp. However, when this newly formed grouping of mold dries, it can become airborne, whether this be indoors or out. Due to this, there is always a great possibility that if there is any type of excess moisture build up within your home, mold could begin growing inside.

The more responsibility you have in your life, more is the need of meditation. The busier you are, the less time you have, the more work you have, and endless desires you want, is the more you need to meditate. This is because meditation not only relieves you from stress and anxiety. It enhances your abilities to face challenges. It brings better health. Meditation is also referred to as food for the soul, energizes the mind, lifeline for the body that helps you get in shape, helps your mental alertness and improves your perception. This also helps you to express yourself properly. It helps in creating a non-violence society, a disease-free body, confusion-free mind, and sorrow-free soul. Meditation is very simple yet very profound; A rare combination of simplicity and depth. Behind every random thought that runs through your head is a complete story that if you latch on that thought it’s like taking a certain attention from your mind and gradually unfold that into pieces of details. This allows you to make an inner dialogue with yourself regarding that inner experience. With this, your meditation now leads to somewhere not quite the comfort zone and is not doing the actual definition of meditation, so you need to focus again and clear those thoughts so you can get back to the fact that you are meditating so you won’t think of any other things. Within the next page, you would know the most basic yet most important of all the methods used in meditation – the breath watching meditation.
Massage therapy can be a benefit for those that experience injuries. It can even help prevent future injuries from afflicting you. Massage Therapy has been around for more than 2,500 years. It was considered as a form of natural healing by the Eastern Indians, Egyptians, Greeks, Japanese, Chinese and Romans. This was before history was recorded. During the mid 1800s, the Western region started using massage techniques. At that time, the methods used were from the Swedish people. After the advance of Western medicine, massage therapy wasn’t used as much. However, in the 1970s, it peaked once again, in particular for those that were in the sports massage industry. Nowadays, more people are seeking treatments for their ailments that are not dependent on drugs or surgery. Because of this, more massage therapists are in demand now more than ever. Having a career as a massage therapist is very up and coming. It is being marketed as a career that can pay you a nice amount per hour. Being a massage therapist can allow you to be flexible in the hours you want and how many clients you want to have. Massage therapy is steadily in demand in the United States and other parts of the world. It is becoming one of the most sought out wellness treatments. Some people are using massage therapy in lieu of other medicines. However, massage therapy should be treated as a supplement, not a replacement for quality medical care. Having a massage can help to reduce stress in your body, relieve tension in your muscles and helps to reduce pain in your body. More people are taking this opportunity to indulge in a massage because they’re working longer hours and some just need to get some relief from the everyday cares that consume them. Massage therapy involves the working of muscles, tissue, ligaments and joint areas of your body. It can help to give relief to soft tissue that makes your body uncomfortable. It is also used when a person has overworked their muscles or experiencing chronic pain in their body. Because of this, more massage therapists are needed in the wellness industry.
