Johan Cyprich was born in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia to Slovak and
German/Jewish parents. His family migrated to Canada in 1968 where he
grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, and eventually made his home in Richmond,
BC. At an early age, he aspired to be a writer and started working on
his first book on a manual typewriter. Over time, science became more
appealing to Johan than writing which ultimately lead to him pursuing a
degree in computer science. However, throughout these years, he had a
talent for writing and started publishing content from 1998 through his
web sites and blog. Today, with his extensive IT and programming
background, Johan is writing e-books for the general public.
