Ratings and reviews

An unexpected event brought them together. This book is full of action and danger too mixed into a romance that is not peaches and cream. There are some very interesting twists and turns in this story too. This is not an instance story as it takes over a good bit of time. It is also a story within a story a couple times over but the author has blended it well together. The author is new to me but I really liked their style. The interaction and dialogue was splendid. This was a really decent western and I hope you check it out. I did receive a free copy of this book from Booksprout and voluntarily chose to review it.

D. K. Deters is a fantasy and historical romance author. She was a communications consultant before turning to a writing career. D. K. has a deep interest in history, and the nineteenth century is her favorite. When she's not writing, she enjoys spending time with her adult children and their families.
