The third book of Bullard's Battle series and I loveeeeee it. It's a fast-paced full of action, suspense and twists with a touch of heartbreaking moments read. It's pretty packed with emotions and feelings. The story follows the journey to find who's responsible for the attack of Bullard's team and now they're in Switzerland to follow the lead. It doesn't take long before danger lurking in every corner and the action begin. So many questions and suspects that I keep turning page after page wondering who's the bad guy. Then there's romance mixed in it, a sweetness in the chaotic events, there's a sad moment in it that got me teary, it's that feeling of loosing what you love. Yup this book is pretty complicated yet so easy to read. Lovable characters also what makes me love this book. Eton's just a perfect hero and Sammy just a perfect sassy woman for him. Eton's met his match and love in her.

I am always amazed at how Dale takes a kernel of life, a snip it if you will, wraps it suspense and mystery . Sammy lives with her father. She is taking care of him in the last vestiges of his illness. I too lost my dad that way, I was fortunate to have family. A snip it of real life fleshed out with our alpha hero Eton and his back up Garret. Trying to track down the who and whys of the attack on Bullard and the team. Eton reaching out to help someone in need was touching, alas have you heard the saying "no good deed goes unpunished" sigh. Sammy is strong, sassy and a complete match for Eton. We gathered more intel and we heard from ICE again, score! The Dale Mayer requirement? Throw in a twist you didn't see coming. Thank you for the arc. I freely volunteer my thoughts an opinions.

Eaton, on the trail of a man who is trying to eliminate the Bullard team. This started off with a bang literally with the plane Bullard and two of his top men explode. Each member of the team is following clues, to whom they think is responsible. However, nothing really makes sense. Why kill everyone? Eaton, finally reaches Switzerland and on the way to the chalet, stops to help a young lady who really didn't need a lot of help when he stopped but he found her very interesting. He finally reaches the chalet to find Garrett who is still supposed to be healing as his back up and was not going to take no for an answer. Eaton can't seem to stop thinking about the pretty lady with the flat tire. He is intrigued. Sammy an architect has Eaton on her mind while worrying about her invalid father and her friend as well as wondering who slashed her tire and why. Things get even more complicated as they go about trying to gather the intel on the guy who is out to kill their team. I want to say so much more but it would be a spoiler. This one is the best yet.
