When I stared this book, I didn't know what to think. But I found myself sucked into the story and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was mystery, suspense, and romance all in one book. I want to read more from this author now!

She is rescued by a detective with deep feelings for her, but his hard evidence puts her in position of being the next victim. This is a very cute book to read before sleeping or after a hard day of work. This is a thriller story, so be prepared to make your own predictions.(ED.gov)

I am close to finishing this book. It's really good but I wish the author was a little more attentive to his vs. hers. I've caught couple mistakes in which Brandt or Kevin are rubbing their neck and instead of his neck, the author wrote it as her neck. Also Brandt's name gets misspelled alot. Did the author not have an editor or did she not take the time to edit it herself as she wrote it?
