Finding His Fantasy (1Night Stand series)

Decadent Publishing

Forty-eight year old art gallery owner Paul Strait loves the nightlife—wild parties, stiff cocktails, and even stiffer men! But his decadent lifestyle has grown lonely and now he’s looking for love. Some days it seems the perfect guy must be a fantasy, so he enlists the help of Madame Eve. After all, a fantasy service like 1Night Stand should be able to deliver his fantasy man, right?

Josef Debrossé runs an exotic gay bar in the Caribbean known only to locals and select tourists. The many patrons coming in and out of his bar ensure he never has a shortage of lovers, but he’s grown tired of being just a vacation fling. He wants to be another man’s lover and partner, not a mere souvenir from the islands.

Lost in a dance of lust and allure, both men are thrilled with Madame Eve’s choice for them and have an instant, intense connection. Flirting over drinks quickly leads to the bedroom. But after their fiery lust has been quenched, the night goes from fantasy to reality without warning. Secrets and frightening pasts threaten to shatter the magical illusion of their perfect date.

Will this budding romance survive in the face of reality?

About the author

You may recognize the two heroes in Finding His Fantasy from previous books. Josef first made his appearance in my book, Accidentally Beautiful, another 1Night Stand story. Paul was actually not my character—at first! My dear friend, drinking buddy, and literary cohort, Wendy Burke, wrote about Paul in her 1Night Stand, Wise Men Say (Nick in chapter one of this book is the hero of that story) People sometimes think we are pen names for the same person, but we just enjoy playing off one another’s ideas. Connecting our stories also motivates us to write outside of the box and it broadens our character development. After all we are “stealing” characters from each other!

Including Finding His Fantasy, Wendy and I have written eight loosely connected 1Night Stand stories.

Please feel free to check out my website deannawadsworth.com or email me at Deanna.wadsworth@gmail.com if you would like to find out the proper reading order of all the stories.

Enjoy!

He definitely wasn't supposed to get that email...
Subject: My Boss.

Have I already told you that I hate my boss today?

Sexy as hell or not, this pompous, arrogant, ASSHOLE asked me to pick up his dry cleaning the second I walked through the door. Then he told me that I needed to take his Jaguar to a car wash that was ten miles outside of the city, but only after I needed to stand in a never-ending line to buy some type of limited, hundred-dollar watch.

I honestly can't wait to see the look on his face two months from now when I tell him that I'm quitting his company and that he can kiss my ass. KISS. MY. ASS.

All those former fantasies about him kissing me with his "mouth of perfection" or bending me over my desk and filling me with his cock are long over. OVER.

Your bestie,
Mya

PS--Please tell me your day is going better than mine...

No, you haven't already told me that you hate your boss today, but seeing as though you've sent me this email directly, I know now...

Yes, I did ask you to pick up my dry cleaning the second you arrived to work to day. (Where is it?) And I did tell you to take my Jaguar to the car wash and pick up my thousand-dollar watch. (Thank you for taking five hours to do something that could be accomplished in two.)

You don't have to wait two months from now to see the look on my face when you tell me you're quitting. I'm standing outside your office at this very moment. ( Open the door. )

No comment on your "fantasies," although I highly doubt they're "long over."

Your boss,
Michael

PS--Yes. My day is definitely going far better than yours...
