Firstly my advice to anyone who has not read any or all of Denise's books gove it a go as I have never been disappointed. Again stunned and impressed by Denise Grover Swank work. I cant believe how many Rose Gardner books there are and how they just keep getting better. Oh my gosh I could not believe what happened with certain characters. What an ending. The ending i would not have guessed it at all. Absolutely amazing read. I loved it that much I am going to read it again.

I was immediately captivated with “When the Bough Breaks”. This is the sixth book in the Rose Gardner Investigation series and it is my favorite one so far. The author does a fantastic job reeling the reader in and feeling the same emotions as the main character. You feel for the characters, and you want what’s best for them. I loved seeing Rose grow in this book. Her character has developed a lot and I absolutely love the woman she is becoming. She is such an incredible character and one that readers could relate to or inspire to live like Rose. Y’all, I absolutely loved this book. I ugly cried so many times. The good, the bad..I loved it all. It is such a fast paced book that it was truly hard to put this book down. So set some time aside where you can read this book in one sitting. Trust me, you won’t want to put the book down!! It is epic. Looking forward to, “It All Falls Down”.

WOW!! Thoase are the first words that come to mind when I think of this book!!! I read a lot of books, but very few blow my mind like this one did. Wonderfully written, had it all. Humor, drama, suspense, romance and heartbreaking all at the same time. This book should not be read unless others in series are read first. Best book she had written yet!! I can't really talk to much about plot due to fact my emotions were everywhere with this book, and I'm afraid I'll give to much away!!! If you love any of this author's other books or series you will definitely want to read this!!!
