I've read couple of her books& as a christian, I hesitate to believe some of this. It seems to me hypnotherapists R highly suggestive during sessions causing patients to respond in accordance. There were times I guessed beforehand the patients' answers after some of Dolores' questions. In discussing reincarnation, the Source or entities speaking through the patients said most human beings R stuck in a karmic cycle, over & over again. If that's the case then none of us R ever going to evolve from this earth.

If you are able to open your mind to another possibility to mainstream beliefs about life & death,read this book. It is fascinating & answers many critics issues with reincarnation. It's also entertaining & interesting so even if you walk away not believing it you will probably still enjoy the stories of past life regressions.

A firm believer and also a true skeptic on life and death and the "next life"... It definitely opens your mind and for me brings me to more questions and knowledge on this subject. Losing more than one family member in such a short time of one another, I cried reading this... at the realization that these words spoke of truth beyond what we think we know. It gave me a sense of relief and helped with my grieving. A must read.. :)

About the author

Dolores Cannon, born in Missouri, USA, in 1931, is a pioneer in the field of past-life regression. After her first exposure to reincarnation in 1968 via regressive hypnosis (her husband, an amateur hypnotist, stumbled upon the past life of a woman he was working with), she began to specialise in the recovery and cataloguing of ‘lost knowledge’ and past lives, becoming an internationally acclaimed regression therapist and psychic researcher. Through the study of various methods of hypnosis, Cannon has developed her own unique technique that allows her to gain the most efficient release of information from her subjects. The founder of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy, Cannon now teaches her hypnosis technique to students throughout the world.
