Donald Rilla is a retired Psychiatric Social Worker and a Forensic Fellow. He has spent the last 35 years working in the Criminal Justice Field--working in a maximum security hospital, performing Competency to Stand Trial Evaluations, supervising Insanity Acquittees, Director of a Drug Court, clinical coordinator of a Crisis Unit and working with drug addicts. He was a founding member of NOFSW and authored the Code of Ethics and was a Past- President of NOFSW and the Academy of Forensic Social Work. He has presented numerous times at major conventions on a wide variety of Forensic issues.
