She is an independent teaching contractor and consultant in the United States and taught in the Philippines and India. She is asked to be a guest lecturer at colleges and universities as well as abroad. She teaches at professional conferences and corporate seminars, Self-Hypnosis, Self-Esteem, Stress Management, and Goal Motivation. She has written and published 4 books on hypnosis that have been used as teaching manuals internationally and one on Extra Sensory Perception (ESP). She teaches Hypno-Anesthesia, Pain Management, Glove Anesthesia and other courses. Gisella is on the faculty at St John's Institute, Springfield, LA. in their Parap-sychology department Zukausky had a television series. She is the Instructor, Founder and Director of the Midwest Training Institute of Hypnosis, has been in private practice since April 1986 has taught internationally since 1991. She has been interviewed for television and radio internationally. Fort Wayne's TV channel 21 did a 3 week series on Dr. Zukausky to help their Sports Reporter stop smoking. Dirk Rowley with Magic 95.1fm radio mentioned on air he was helped to improve his golf game. Zukausky has been interviewed for magazines, and newspaper articles internationally. Avery Publications lists Zukausky's institute, Midwest Training Institute of Hypnosis, in "Planning Your Career in Alternative Medicine". "Who's Who in Executives & Businesses" approved Dr. Zukausky for inclusion since their 1998-1999 edition.
