background in Nursing. Currently working as Principal cum Professor in the Maharani Laxmi Bai Government Paramedical Training College (Nursing Dept.), Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. He is passionate about research, believes in learning, striving for enhancing skills. Currently, his
research area includes Nursing and management. He has 20+ years of
teaching experience. His research findings have been published in SCIE/SCOPUS/
Google-indexed international journals. He has attended and presented many research

Prof. Rusha B is a young and dynamic individual with a strong academic. Currently
working as an Vice Principal and HOD in Medical Surgical Nursing Department, Krishna
College of Paramedical and Allied Health Science, Kottaimedu, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. She is
passionate about research, teaching, believes in learning, striving for enhancing skills.
Currently, her research area includes oncology, psychology and management. She has 12 years of teaching experience. Her research findings have been published in international journals. She has attended, organized, presented in many conferences. Having experience as an observer in various conference under Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives council.
Prof Bhuvaneshwari. D M.Sc. (N) currently working as Professor cum Principal at
Rathnamma College of Nursing, Gudur, Andhra Pradesh. She pursued her Masters in
Obsterics and Gynecology Nursing from The TN Dr.M.G.R. Medical university. She has 15 years of experience in the field of Nursing. She has published many research papers in
National and International journals & Presented papers in various Conferences and
Workshops. She was conferred with Siksha Ratna Samman 2022 by UIJIR academic research foundation. She owns Professional membership of various associations.Holds
Reviewer position in various International Journal. She reviewed many books & journal papers and been as a resource person in various programs. She organized various programs for the welfare of students and faculties.
Prof. (Dr.) Girija Jha Currently working as professor at Govt. College of Nursing, JAYAROGY CHIKITSALAYA SAMOOH GWALIOR M.P. She completed her Master in Mental Health
Nursing, PhD nursing and apart of this she completed her MA in Sociology, she is having more than 40 year of experience in clinical area, teaching and administration.
