About this ebook

Society, in one way or another, has repeatedly told you that you can’t run and then you’ve spent a lifetime fulfilling that prophecy. It’s time to change that. It starts with that first unsure step…literally.
No, it’s not about a rat race. It’s about you, becoming better than what you were yesterday, one day at a time.
They’ve lied to you when they told you that they’ll teach you how to run. You ran perfectly well when you were a young child, not corrupted by teachers and gurus. Afterall, no cheetah or gazelle has ever been to any running school.
All that sitting has made you forget how to move. It’s time to remind you of what aeons ago came naturally to you.
Running isn’t about numbers, it is about rediscovering your true self. Rediscover the joy and love of running before society happened to you.
For that you have to get off your royal backside and get moving.
