She has over ten years of teaching experience and has also conducted various management developments programme for corporate houses. Dr. Rout is a member of the National Academy of Psychology, India. OMIKO, NELSON NELSON OMIKO (Ph.D.) is General Manager, Amber Business Development Services, Oman. He has been in the industry for over 16 years and also had an eight-year stint as an academic.
