Sabine knows the Colonel is way off-limits, but can’t help fantasizing about her. Especially when she starts picking up unspoken cues—a stolen glance, a secret smile, an “accidental” brush of hands. Or is it just wishful thinking? After all, Rebecca’s wedding ring shines almost as brightly as her deep blue eyes…

I absolutely loved this one. I cannot even imagine being soldier and hide, but the 2 main characters did excellent job!

the only downside of this book is that I couldn't stop reading it 😂 it slow burn with the right amount of angst, the mutual pining etc just the way I like it IT'S PERFECT

Love it so much. I knew it was good the first time i saw the synopsis that i have to purchase it, together with 2nd and 3rd book
