About this ebook

"I rest my head against him, and he kisses my hair repeatedly. This is home. He smells of linen, fabric softener, bodywash, and my favorite smell—Christian. For a moment, I allow myself the illusion that all will be well, and it soothes my ravaged soul."

Daunted by the singular tastes and dark secrets of the beautiful, tormented young entrepreneur Christian Grey, Anastasia Steele has broken off their relationship to start a new career with a Seattle publishing house.

But desire for Christian still dominates her every waking thought, and when he proposes a new arrangement, Anastasia cannot resist. They rekindle their searing sensual affair, and Anastasia learns more about the harrowing past of her damaged, driven and demanding Fifty Shades.

While Christian wrestles with his inner demons, Anastasia must confront the anger and envy of the women who came before her, and make the most important decision of her life.

It's just like the first book! Read this book only if you like to read over & over about the kinky sex, her immaturity, and his insecurities. It's so repetitive and quite boring. This book has nothing else to offer the reader. There's no drama, suspense, or surprises no nothing. I'm like ok ok I got it move on already, but it never did and after awhile all the sex scenes were the same. Once again, boring I'm not wasting my time or money on # 3

I said the first one wasn't the worst thing I ever read read, well this one was the worst thing I've ever read without a doubt. I have never started a book and not finish it, until now. I managed to suffer through half of it before finally giving up. As the "plot" continued, Grey's behavior went further and further down the path to flat out abuse and a has a lack of tact and respect for Steele and her wishes. Grey is as unlikable as they come and Steele isn't too far off from being just as unlikable.

I guess this garbage is exciting for preteens or housewives who don't have much of a real sex life. The writing is absurd and the "sex" is lame, boring and repetitive. I didn't read the crap but my wife did and she basically laughed about it to me in between each chapter. A bunch of her friends are obsessed with it (they're very sheltered) so she forced herself through all of these books. She actually skimmed through all of the "sex" scenes because they were boring and completely unimaginative. There's also nothing romantic about it. Anastasia is a childish moron and Christian is a frakking psychopath. How this garbage has gotten so popular is an insult to our species.
