When I was very young I wanted to be a writer. Other than writing a few articles and getting them published, I concentrated on being a wife and mother. When I was widowed, and the children married and living far away, I wrote a narrative non-fiction entitled THE WOODEN MISTRESS. It was our story with the boat. Some years after that was published I had a bout with cancer. After an amazing recovery, my first thought was I must write. It took me close to a year to write my fist novel SIGRIT. That opened the flood gate, and LOVE ACROSS THE OCEAN will be book #6.
