This is my favorite so far. The suspense added something extra that kept me hooked. Charlotte and Kane's story is filled with danger, secrets, and a second chance at love after a misunderstanding from their past tore them apart. Their chemistry is undeniable, the tension is fantastic, and the spice is definitely there. With plenty of twists and an engaging storyline, this was a fun and exciting read from start to finish. Charlotte and Kane have loads of chemistry but their history brings loads of tension and angst to their new situation. She ruined him years ago, now he’s sworn to protect her. The characters are realistic, complex and compelling. Full of family and friendships, emotion, banter, steam and romance, intrigue and danger this is a great fast paced and exciting addition to the series.
