About the Author
Of dual Italian and German nationalities, Frederika Roberts was born in Italy
and grew up in Luxembourg. She moved to the UK in 1990 to study Business
and Management at the University of Bradford, where she met her
husband. She lives in Yorkshire, England, with her husband and two
teenage daughters.
Frederika's career has spanned from teaching
to social media marketing via recruitment, from voice-over work and
radio presenting to professional speaking.
Her book 'Twitter and Facebook Essentials' was published on Kindle Edition in April 2013.
'Recipe
for Happiness' was published in Paperback in December 2013 and in digital formats in January 2014.
