The book tells the story of a little girl named Victoria. Challenged by her grandfather, she goes on a quest in search of a treasure. Aboard a small submarine, Victoria travels the Ocean’s basins meeting sea creatures, making new friends and learning about the underwater world and the relation people have with the Ocean. The treasure will come as a surprise.
