This is the first ever book written in Transylvanian dialect and English. Husband and wife; Gelu and Corina Radu were born in the heart of Transylvania, where they also learnt to cook. While Gelu is a professional chef, Corina is an economist. However that doesn’t mean she’s less skilled at cooking.
