About this ebook

This Alabama bad boy thought one dirty weekend with her would be enough.

He was wrong.

Falling in love is out of their control in this red-hot romance from New York Times, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal best-selling author Georgia Cates.

A faceless name.

That’s all she was when I agreed to play a part in deceiving her.

And then the unexpected happened.

We met.

I yearn for her skin against mine.

I crave her scent on my body.

I want to make her laugh and then moan.

And I do… in secret.

I promised my business partner I wouldn’t touch his sister.

But I broke that promise.

Our little dirty weekends together are no longer enough.

I want my bohemian girl in my bed every night.

She wants a ring, marriage vows, and babies

… all things that I can’t give her.

Our romance is explosive.

Our love, epic.

Our ending, miserable… unless I bend.

If I don’t bend, I’ll break.

***Previously titled Tap: Men of Lovibond.

This is a stand-alone novel.

Book 1 in a 3 book stand-alone series.

No cliffhanger.

Bohemian Girl is book one in a re branded series and it’s new to me but I have to say what a great start this book is and I’m sure this is going to be a hit series. I loved the characters in this book I fell big time for Lucas Broussard and Lawrence (Lawry) Thorn, they are great as individuals but together they are so much more. A secret romance doesn’t always end well especially when you are hiding your love from your brother who happens to be your lovers best friend and this pair struggled as they do their best to hide the love they were feeling from Oliver. A couple who both have issues from their pasts, both are just a bit broken so will they ever be able to trust and love again ........ A perfect mix of passion, love, secrets, angst and humour will keep you on the edge of your seat and let’s not forget we need to wait for book 2 to see what happens when the truth comes out ...... A well written book that certainly had me holding my breath at times and I’m looking forward to the next book in this series.

5 Star review of Bohemian Girl (A Southern Girl #1) by Georgia Cates Georgia Cates is a relatively new author to me. I was intrigued when I read the blurb for this book and since it was book one in a re branded series and new to me, I dove straight in. Ms.Cates is off to a flying start with this series if Bohemian Girl is anything to go by. I loved Lucas Broussard and Lawrence (Lawry) Thorn, both separately and even more as a couple. However, there is drama and angst as they struggle to keep their relationship hidden from Lawry’s brother, Oliver. I must admit I struggled a little as I saw this a betrayal of Oliver’s trust by both his sister and best friend. There was heat, spice, angst, drama and some humour and was at times emotional. Both Lawry and Lucas have pasts that have left them a little broken and at times struggling to see the truth around them. The chemistry between them is off the charts and yet it is obvious that there is more than just passion to their relationship. What will happen when the truth comes out? I am excited and cannot wait to read the next book in this series.

The means to an end, sows the seeds to two hearts undoing. Bohemian Girl was a wonderful introduction to a new author for me. Cates tears up the emotional canvas with characters that at times prove hard to love, but never easy to forget. Lucas and Lawrence are like fire and ice. The heat is there, but so is the need to be wary. Although not always beautiful, Bohemian Girl is a captivating look into the heart at it's most vulnerable and volatile moments.

About the author

Georgia resides in rural Mississippi with her wonderful husband, Jeff, and their two beautiful daughters. She spent fourteen years as a labor and delivery nurse before she decided to pursue her dream of becoming an author and hasn’t looked back yet.

When she’s not writing, she’s thinking about writing. When she’s being domestic, she’s listening to her music and visualizing scenes for her current work in progress. Every story coming from her always has a song to inspire it.
